Energy affects you every single second of the day because everything is energy.
From the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, you are interacting with energy and even when you are sleeping energy is still affecting you.
Energy is positive and negative.
Using energetic protection helps act as a buffer against negative energy, if it is freezing cold and raining outside, you would put on a coat and an umbrella too, and this is how energetic protection works, it acts as a buffer against the elements.
How energy protection works as an example:
Without energy protection -
You visit an event and are feeling a little stressed and tired. Some people are happy, others are depressed, some might be anxious, stressed or tired. You will have a variety of emotions, feelings, thoughts flowing around the room and to add to this mix you have the energy of the room, which might be positive or negative. Depending how sensitive you are, you will pick up on everyone’s emotions, thoughts, feelings, as well as the room’s energy to some degree.
What happens is subconsciously these feelings, thoughts, emotions can begin to affect you, especially if the feelings, thoughts and emotions are tipping the scale more to a negative balance. So, you might have entered the event feeling a little stressed and tired, and these emotions within you will become heightened and when you leave the event you might even begin to feel frazzled, irritable, even more tired and generally feel quite negative.
With energy protection –
You visit an event, even though you might initially feel tired and a little stressed, this is quickly dissipated by grounding and clearing your energy. You have your energetic protection on, so as soon as you walk in the room, the thoughts, emotions and feelings are muted and your energetic protection acts as a buffer so you can remain in a clear positive balance.
When it is time to leave, you are still in that positive balance not taking on anyone else’s thoughts, feelings and emotions, you are protected in your own safe bubble.

Try each one and see which one is your favourite
1. Imagine you have a bubble of golden white light around you, and as you move this bubble of golden white light moves with you, acting as a buffer, protecting your space.
2. Imagine you are wearing a dark navy cloak, like midnight blue, and imagine this cloak wrapped around you, with a hood which you can either wear around your shoulders or it can cover your head, and this midnight cloak falls all the way to the floor, encasing you, protecting your space.
3. Imagine a big brown bear standing behind you, feel yourself stepping back into him as he wraps around you, giving you strength, protecting your space.
