Confidence is that state of wellbeing, of knowing that you are capable, it’s that expression of sunshine that fills your spirit with glimpses of light, knowing you can do something and that what you used to perceive as failure is now just an expression of experience.
Without failure, you would not grow, so all failure is actually a pathway to success, and with each step you take your confidence in yourself and your own abilities can grow, one step or a few steps at a time.

Confidence starts with the simple notion of liking yourself.
If you can begin to like yourself more, the energy in you will begin to resonate in your system in a positive manner. It’s a bit like talking to yourself with love as though you are talking to your best friend. You always want the best for them and this is how it works for you too.
Liking yourself stimulates the confidence energy in your system and the more you like yourself the more your confidence, true confidence grows.
It’s not the ego of confidence which can actually end up creating a mask of insecurity, but that ripple of radiance within you, like the sun is always shining feeling of confidence.
The more you like yourself, the more your confidence levels will grow, and as this energy radiates out, you will start to attract more of the right people to you.
Like attracts like.
Being able to like yourself can be as easy or as hard as you wish to make it, but it actually all starts with one simple step: the decision that you can do it, you can like yourself more and in return you can be more confident.
Liking yourself enables your confidence levels to grow, the need to like yourself touches that core part of you that knows you are deserving, that in return allows the confidence spirit to begin to flow.
An easy step towards gaining more confidence -
The easy way to become confident is by using a simple affirmation.
Affirmations are a way of changing your way of thinking about yourself.
Affirmations can help to remove the imbalance within one's own psyche. One does not necessarily need to believe in them from the start, but with the right use of will, intent and focus, the mind will begin to lay the foundation for a new balance.
By saying a positive affirmation in the present tense, it begins to ripple through your energy, creating a new level of positive balance in your space.
To begin with, you might find it all a bit stupid to do this, but you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. And then one day, as you say your affirmation, you will start agreeing with it, and notice different things in your life and how you are reacting to them, things you would not have done before, you have now started to do.
So, every day for the next six months either say it in your head or out loud, nine times -
“I like myself, I am confident”
And watch the changes as they manifest.
Confidence, true confidence, starts from within, it is the belief in yourself that you are capable, and to have that belief, you have to be your own friend, to like yourself, to love yourself, and to be kind to yourself.
Liking yourself gives you confidence.
