Colour can play an essential part in the emotional and physical wellbeing of a person.
Everything that derives from colour has an energetic overlay in a person, as everyone has an aura.
An aura is a coloured energy field that surrounds the body, and the colours in an aura move. Each colour contains a pulse, a vibration, a frequency and a note.
Colour in an aura of a person starts to formulate from young and the colours hold the characteristic overtures of a person, of where their traits lie, what they would be good at, what their personality is like.
Yet even though the colours hold this information, the auric energy also plays a part in the general characteristics of a person. The colours are like a map to a person and also these colours can have overlays of other colours to help them along.
For example, if a person gets very stressed they would accumulate a build-up of red in their aura, and this red colour would be increasing in velocity in a person’s aura the more stressed they became. This colour red would then begin to camouflage the other colours in the aura, so that red became dominant and the person would continue to feel stressed.
The first colour of wellbeing that helps to alleviate stress would be pale blue. This colour is calm and it also holds a note of peace. If you’re feeling stressed and have a build-up of red in your aura -
1. Imagine the colour pale blue.
2. Then imagine a pale blue blanket, soft, comforting wrapping around you.
3. Feel this pale blue colour flowing around you and into you, filling you up with pale blue, calm and peace.
The second colour for wellbeing is pale green, great for self-healing, connecting with Nature, feeling the vitality of Mother Earth, grounding and being at one with oneself.
The third colour for wellbeing is yellow, sunshine bright flowing above your head filling you up with renewed strength, clarity and happiness. As the saying goes, the sun is always shining even when it is cloudy. So, you can always imagine the sun above your head. Yellow is the colour for happiness, mental stimulation offering clarity of thought, creative expression, confidence and self-esteem.
The fourth colour for wellbeing is orange, orange is an energy boosting colour and great for being productive. If you are feeling a bit depleted on the energy front, imagine you have an orange sweater on, and just imagine this orange colour flowing into you, filling you up with vigour, energy boosting.
The fifth colour for wellbeing is pale pink, self-love which is vital for your wellbeing. To love yourself is the ultimate, as the more you love yourself, the more loving kindness you have for you and others. Like attracts like, love attracts love, kindness attracts kindness.
