
Positive energy flows in a clockwise direction, it is that feeling of being content within and the heart is at peace.
Activating your positive energy is something that needs to be done on a daily basis from the moment you wake up until you close your eyes and go to sleep.
Starting the day with the right positive intention sets you up for the day. As soon as you wake up in the morning physically stretch in bed, this brings your astral body into alignment with your physical body and helps to ground you. Grounding strengthens you and helps enable you to be in the present moment.
Then say out loud or in your head ‘Today is a positive day.’ Energy follows thought and setting out your intention allows the energy to begin to flow in a clockwise direction. If you continue to say this regularly, the positive energy builds.
When you get out of bed, smile at yourself either in the mirror or just literally smile as you walk to the bathroom or kitchen wherever your first port of call is in the morning. Smiling raises your vibration, hence it activates your positive energy.
When you get dressed, remember to also put on energetic protection, such as imagining a dark blue cloak wrapped around you. This acts as a buffer against negative energy.
If you are going to work, or taking the children to school, or staying at home, no matter what you are doing during the day, make time for you even if it is only 30 minutes.
During 30 minutes, you can do a short meditation, put an alarm on for 5 to 10 minutes and just breathe in and breathe out, but with each breath think of the word positive. The word positive, even thinking about it activates positive energy because the word positive takes your energy up and raises your vibration. The rest of time, even if it is 20 minutes go for a walk, get the oxygen flowing in your system, fresh air naturally makes you feel good, and walking activates positive energy.
And during the day if you feel yourself a little out of sorts or negative, check who you have been around, what you have looked at on television or read in the newspaper, or what you might have looked at on social media. As everything is energy and energy affects you every single second of every day. One way of checking in with yourself if you are feeling a bit negative, is literally asking is it yours? By asking this, it helps dissipate some of the energy that is not yours, and clears your system.
As the day comes to an end, remember to clear your personal and your home space, so you can go to sleep knowing you have activated positive energy.
