Do you wake up worrying about something that felt small the night before, but somehow has grown overnight to create a huge problem in your mind?

When you worry about something, you have opened the door to the energy of worry, and no matter what you are worrying about, the more you worry, the more you are feeding it with energy, and the more the worry will grow.
Energy follows thought.
Usually upon waking and for some people this can be in the middle of the night, everything can appear worse, the worry thing is amplified in your mind and can create a maelstrom of emotions.
And then upon waking in the morning, part of you doesn’t know where to turn but you know you have to go through the motions of your day. But there is a heaviness around you, and if you looked at this heaviness, it is the worry emotion sitting on your shoulders, like a heavy rucksack of rocks.
Literally as you begin to worry, all the worry brothers and sisters start calling to more of their brothers and sisters and friends to come and join the party, and this is how any emotion builds, after all energy always follows thought.
Stopping worry in its tracks is possible, it just takes a realisation on your part that you can stop it.
3 steps on how to stop waking up worried -
1 Ground -
Stop what you are doing and focus for a moment and ground yourself, grounding will anchor you into the present moment enabling strength and clarity.
1. Close your eyes.
2. Imagine inviting the highest white light to come in through the top of your head, flowing down through your body and filling up your entire body.
3. Then imagine roots of white light coming out of the soles of your feet, going right down into the centre of the earth, and anchoring in.
2 Clear –
Clearing your space will stop all the excess energy of worry continuing to build, and it brings everything back into perspective, enabling you to have a more balanced approach.
1. Imagine you walking out of the room of worry.
2. Close the door behind you, and lock it.
3. Imagine you are stepping outside into the sunshine and the room fades away and all you can see and or feel is brilliant, golden sunshine.
3 Protect –
Protecting your space gives you that element of a buffer against picking up on other thoughts, emotions and moods especially if they border on the negative side.
1. Choose either pink for love or blue for calm.
2. Then just imagine the colour of your choosing like a cloak wrapping around you.
3. Feel, imagine this colour filling you up with love or calm.
Don’t worry, Be Happy.
Choosing to stop waking up worried and instead be calm empowers you, gives you the strength to realise you can shift your mindset, change your mood and raise your vibration.
