This course is an introductionary course which gives you an overview of awakening awareness of chakras, guides, higher guidance, astral & mental levels, karma, meditation, & consciousness.
 
This course is 1 and half hours a week for 3 weeks which forms the foundation of understanding to further your spiritual development and to begin connecting with your highest Guide. Each session contains a discourse and a meditation.

To proceed with this course, please note you would have to have completed Clearing, Grounding & Protection Course which is the basis of all energy work, and the Auras & Colours course.

Having completed the Awakening Awareness 3 week Course proceed to the Expanding Awareness Courses.
