These courses are run over 3 weeks, a 1 and half hour (90minutes) session once a week. 
 
Each session contains a discourse, practical interactive exercises, meditation and feedback.
 
The 3 week course is an energy package, and what is offered in each 3 week course is different each time. The courses are ongoing giving you the keys to open more each 3 week course you attend, continuing to expand your awareness.
